Elementary Media Center Open

The Elementary Media Center is open to serve the needs of our students and our teachers and students are very excited about it. We want to thank all who participated in making it all happen. We want to invite you to stop by and see for yourself.
The HCS staff is also working feverishly to open a brand new media center on the second floor of the main building. This will be predominantly geared for Junior and senior high school students. It will feature computer terminals with internet access, multi-media equipment for project preparation and presentations. Contact the school office if you would like to contribute with books, office furniture, laptop computers, projectors, flat screen T.V.s, DVD players, art work, etc.

The installation of the automated Check-in/ Check-out service is complete. Students who are late to school or those who may have to leave school before dismissal can sign themselves in or out. Students who participate in our dual enrollment program will find this service very convenient. Since this program runs on computer software, it eliminates almost all of the paperwork associated with the previous method. This helps the environment and allows us to be better stewards of God’s creation.
